- Operate integrations you explicitly connect and authorize.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
- Communicate updates, support, and service notices.
- Analyze product usage to improve features and performance.
3) Google user data
Soltrix only accesses Google data for the features you enable (e.g., reading calendar events to show your agenda). We do not sell or share Google user data for advertising. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Soltrix’s access in your Google account settings at any time.
4) Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where applicable, we rely on contract necessity (to provide the service), consent (for integrations and certain communications), and legitimate interests(product safety and improvement).
5) Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your account data at any time (see “Your rights”).
6) Sharing
We may share data with infrastructure and analytics providers that help us operate Soltrix (under confidentiality and data protection terms), to comply with law, or in a merger/acquisition. We do not sell personal data.
7) Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and follow industry practices to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously improve safeguards.
8) Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object or restrict certain processing. To exercise rights, contact us at soltrixhelp@gmail.com. You may also revoke integration permissions via the respective provider (e.g., Google Security settings).
9) Children
Soltrix is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us for deletion.
