Terms of Service

1) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your jurisdiction).
• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2) Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled according to the plan terms.
• Prices may change; we’ll notify you in advance for renewals.
• Taxes may apply based on your location.
• Refunds, if any, are handled per our posted policy or applicable law.

3) Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing security.
• No infringing content or violating privacy of others.
• Respect rate limits and third-party API terms.

4) Integrations & Third-Party Services

Soltrix may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. Soltrix’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect integrations at any time.

5) Intellectual Property

Soltrix owns all rights, title, and interest in Soltrix and its content, excluding content you provide. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Soltrix as permitted by these Terms.

6) User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Soltrix a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve Soltrix. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to provide it.

7) Disclaimers

Soltrix is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that data will be preserved without loss.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soltrix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Soltrix shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) $100.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Soltrix harmless from claims arising from your use of Soltrix or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

10) Termination

You may stop using Soltrix at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or risk to the service. Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations) will survive termination.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of business (to be updated). Venue and jurisdiction shall be in the courts of that location unless otherwise required by law.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll update the “Effective” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of Soltrix after changes means you accept them.
